The blogs I share in the pic are free for register in blogger, I don't own them, I check the TF and the AVAILABILITY only.
If you want one, only need to register the blog in blogger.

For those not familiar with expired web2.0's:
you register a new account and use the ursername from the URLs OP posted.
The username is the part between http:// and .blogspot.com
Once registered it is yours.
No one can take it from you.
Only if they hack your login details or if platform provider bans you for spam or illegal activity.
It is like registering a new web2.0's. The only difference is that these ones have links already. If they are decent you won't need to build any tier2.
To those saying these are not available:
I just checked on url and it says the username is available for registration.

More blogspot free for register (I don't share in excel sheet because is easy for 1 user pick all urls and register, then the next user can't grab any).

Someone might have had registered them. Looking at responses, it looks like these can be taken after expiry. I did not check before commenting here, sorry for that OP. Thanks for sharing this.
