I'm looking for an on page seo detailed guide that will help me to get the most out of my website in terms of on page seo.

Please share your recommendation.

My main problems in my website is the speed - is there any detailed guide on how to improve that?

There are also tons of apps or plugins that will help with word density. Just google it. Not sure why your page is loading to slow, do have images? Vids?

Yes it's an ecom website with guides and shop so there's images and video's.

After a speed check I made through gtx metrics, looking pretty bad :X

I don't have experience with minify css and javascript, and basically 80% of whats written there.

It's probably bad hosting and 10mb of image size.

Would recommend you to compress the images first.

And also check the first byte speed if it's more than 3secs. It's your hosting's fault or cache's.

Would recommend you to hire a professional if you are unable to sort it out yourself

Search for your main kw's, visit the #1 site and study their kw density, tags and link organization and do the same.
