Since FB and Google don't allow advertising of CBD products, do anyone know any Ad networks that do?

You can use Leadcloak / Justcloakit for the cloaking purpose . Both are good .

Wouldn't FB realize if the AD is obviously pitching a CBD products but then links to a non CBD page?
