Basically,
I have a question about downloading instagram images. How do you guys do it if I want a very high quality image?
Also say I want to re-upload it again on instagram, I read somewhere that I have to change something in the picture so instagram would think its original and not already taken?

Anyone knows anything about that?

Thanks

I use a chrome addon for dowload full account ( i dont know the name but i can check the name if you want) After i use hash manager too for change md5.

Easiest way i know is if you get your iPhone Jailbroken and get Instagram ++

Sorry, but can you explain the difference between the two?(MD5 and exif) Also, do I need to run them both or how does that work?

The md5 is a unique hash of the file (sometimes called a crc). If the EXACT file is uploaded, the md5 / crc will be the same. However, just saving the image again and changing the image quality will give you a technically different image with a different md5. Same with resizing. The md5 / crc will only match if the image is the same file (the image may look the same, but the file is different).

exif is just data written into the parts of the file that takes some description. (time / location / camera etc).

Another to "change" the image, is just just manipulate the raw bytes of the file a little bit. Read the file into a buffer, then change some values.

I've always struggled getting hi-res Instagram images. Theres a few sites that are the top results on google that work for me well! They've been posted already

@ instasave_bot on telegram works good if you want to save the image on phone itself. Been using it for months.

You don't need no apps. Just take a screenshot of the image and it will change the MD5

if you use an iPhone, you can download Instagram Rockets.
Can download photos & videos.

My friend showed me how to use Chrome browser to get the high resolution URL. Does anyone know if there's an easier way?

Change Hash, Exif, and Visibly modify photo (add slight grain, change color balance slighty, etc...)

If you resize and modify the photo slightly on photoshop and save with a new jpg, will the hash be different?
Thank you very much for the answer!
