I don't think this is a Proxy issue... Many people including myself has been having this issue up to a week now...
I've tried a lot of proxy and can say it's not Proxy issue,, I think Instagram made an Update and probably developers have to make some changes to their software and patch up..
.
Or may be this is a bug directly from Instagram.. and they themselves need to make an Update

It was me, loop usually occurs while trying to log in from an IP range with a lot of failures.
My server IP address + 5-6 IP's got flagged a long time ago (I've developed a web-based bot in that time) and because of lots of failures, the bot suddenly stopped working.

This happens when you would login from an IP range other than the one on which account was being used with. Usually it would occur when country changes.

I fixed it simply logging from usual location and confirming that was me. After this, I can normally use it from a new IP.

Same issue here fact is that no "It was me" appear and from the web I get a "Opsss error from IG"

Even by loggin from the usual location did not worked here

Exactly.. but the loop keep coming after verification from the usual location..
For every time time you try to login on not,, it keeps bring the It Was Me on Instagram app.. no matter how many times you have clicked it..
Everything was working fine until last week... I've been unable to load new acc into my bot

Had this issue starting last week as well. Verification codes weren't being sent but it was triggering "this was me" from the user.

Try changing the password and verify the accounts through your bot API, worked for most of the accounts where i had the loop.

Guys, just read on nextpost blog, you need to "Temporarily disable" your account for about 3 hours, idk if it works, but i'm giving it a try since i keep getting this shit with all accounts!

Hey just a quick tip, this is how I fixed it. I turned off my account from all actions for 24 hours and then just did a story view for 5 or so hours then restarted following and unfollowing etc. I haven't had it happen since (8 days ago).

With a particular account I even cannot login from the official app and my hope IP (clean af)

I replied to your support forum post but haven't heard back from you. So incase you see this first, please get back to me.

However, I am not hearing of people getting an "it was me" loop. I have seen slightly more people with the verification loop this week and more reports that the verification code email was *not* received. But these have all been fake / bulk accounts on proxies (never on actual accounts on local IP). However the reports are slightly higher than usual (and not effecting everyone). But that does give *some* evidence that something has changed.

So if you can get back to me ASAP I can investigate further

If it can helps, I have a strange issue: when I try to login from my phone, a browser windows open and it says "Opss blablabla" so basically I cannot login neither from the official app (updated), neither from my pc. It's not a fake/bulk account but an aged one.

Can NO accounts login with your phone? Or just this one?
If just that account can not. Does the account still exist? https://instagram.com/<username>
If the account exists, try with a different phone

But I don't think your issue is related to the OP
