I would seriously suggest to close down the order form if you can't provide 5000 words within 3 weeks. Your order updates are not really updates you're just confirming that you are in the process of fulfilling the order and that they will be completed soon. Sorry to say that but less patient individuals would long have done a chargeback. My patience is also running out.

Buyers should be warned that delivery times are extremely high with no communication to customers once deadlines are missed. This can be seen from replies in this BST and my own experience below.

After harassing today, my order placed on 27th July with a 5-7 day TAT is now expected 22-24th August. This is the 2nd time the TAT has been changed for this order.

Another order placed on the 27th July was delivered 11th August. No update from OP, had to hassle to find out what to expect.

Content quality remains good.

Overall

Come on @tahajawed, you need to get your existing orders sorted before taking on new ones and you need to improve customer communication, talk to us, let us know if you are having delivery issues. We plan our sites around content, you are only a step in the process, other work is scheduled with other suppliers based on your TAT, not communicating means you are messing others around when you miss deadlines.
