[Godaddy coupon] How to save some cash

I know. I know. This has been posted before, but I want to remind everyone about it.

Today I thought about buying the ssl for my godaddy domain. It's quite expensive (about 80,- €). I still had the "leave the product in the shopping card to get a coupon" in mind, so I wanted to try it out.

Maybe not even 1 hour later I got a mail from godaddy with a 25% off of my total next order (valid today). Saved me 20,- € and I would have bought it anyway .

Just wanted to remind everyone about this lil trick.

The abandon cart trick is a good one, I used it for grammarly and got 55% off my first year

Yep, considered it. But I'm not sure about the quality difference of certain certificates, since I lack the knowledge in this field. Do you have done that before? Can you recommend it?

Yes, it's virtually the same. What you need to consider is the backend and the supported encryption routines! And if you need an EV certificate, it'll cost more.

About the upper answer. I think it's a good idea to do something more difficult but with less money . A tutorial on youtube it's pretty useful and the outcome will be greater because you will even learn something new besides the economy you'll made .

About the upper answer. I think it's a good idea to do something more difficult but with less money . A tutorial on youtube it's pretty useful and the outcome will be greater because you will even learn something new besides the economy you'll made .

They did the same thing with a domain I used to own
It got expired and they bought it and put a 1.2K £ price on it

I didn't have any problems with it. cpanel and direct admin don't even need 3 month checking. they will automatically renew lets encrypt SSL.
