Hello Guys,

I am starting a website in Animal niche, i already have keywords picked.... I am planning to buy the content, do the design and on-site SEO by myself.

I did a lot of reading, how to start, and everything, and now i feel kinda confused.... when you read a lot , you read a lot of different ideas from people and that made me more confused.

So , i would like at least my website to have 50+ articles, that are well written, perfect for the reader, and perfect as well for google to rank my website.

My question is, how much would i spend for ~ 50 articles and how much would i have to spend aproximately for this keyword.

The keyword has around 60.000 searches per month, and i would like to try it, as Ahrefs Keyword Difficulty says is KD 1 - Or very easy.

Check out BST section in this forum. You will see lots of content writing services from cheap to expensive. I would recommend hire native content writer who writes article with deep research and provide value not only to reader but also search engines. For 1000 word article they will charge from $10 - $20. If you order bulk articles they will give you good discount.

I will check it out, thank you, appreciate your answer!

For each keyword, better manually check top 10 results and judge the competition yourself, only tool will not disclose the full details of it. If you think you can beat one of them then good to go.

Good content + good backlinks + enough time = ranking come

Yeah, this was based on a personal judgement....

Thank you for your post!

60k searches and easy? I smell a trap. check the backlink profile of your competition in Googele directly, not in Ahref or one of the other tools.

The first one has only 20 backlinks , the second one doesnt have any, third one doesnt have any and the rest is just junk sites....

Yes, on google. The competition is very weak, i just need good website and i can take this traffic i think..

Make sure if you have 20 articles that you master the internal linking between your different articles

Yep, will do that for sure , i am planning like 20 articles to post at least ti begin with...

Schedule your posts for like 2 x a week then 20 articles means you will have new content updated weekly for the next 2 and a half months .

Yeah, thats smart idea, not all at once.
I am just wondering when i can start linkbuilding, or what i should start first. Guest blog posts, or what you suggest.

If you are claiming that there is no competition then I would recommend getting 5 super high quality guest posts and see how it goes from there .

Maybe mix it up with

3 expired web 2.0s

social Signals

And manually create 5 blog comments from the most relevant dog forum even perhaps gaining authority on the site and having a signature on your profile .

60k searches is a good number especially like you said when the competition is not tough. Then you just need to add good amount of high quality content and high authority backlinks to your website. Make sure you do the on page seo correct.

What is the best tool you guys use to calculate competition most accurately?
