Yeah this service and support is well "unresponsive".
More then a week for 5 (500 words articles).
Seller said they were completed a few days ago but they never got delivered (I assume they weren't).
I would say: you get what you pay for
but I can't since I haven't gotten anything.
Even considering increasing the price?
I don't mind this but you really need to fix customer support and get back to the thread and rewrite some sentences to reflect the service if not.
