Not really anything to dispute with paypal.
Did you at least pay with credit card? If so, go to your bank and they will give you your money back 99% of the time. If it was someone from BHW open a shitlist in the shitlist section

Unless the transaction was made with an IP which is way far than your location. You won't win the unauthorized dispute type it will only harm your Paypal trust though.

That's why people require the transaction to be sent via FF on risky trade as disputes rarely wins

I would suggest going with goods payment in the first few trades if you have no idea about the reputation of the seller you are dealing with.

i have been scammed previously believe me if some how i got to know his address i'll beat the shit out of him i can understand how it feels

If that person from our community then you can open a SHIT LIST and hope you'll get your money back.
If you want to pay upfront be sure he is with good reputation or be connected with you since long time to whom you can trust.

Go to PayPal customer and open unauthorized transaction either call to debit card either credit card company whatever you used for the transaction and open again unauthorized transaction its called a dispute. You will get a money back within 30-45 days.
