Purchased 2nd domain, the service was not as good as the first domain. but it was a ok ok (sticked to his/her rules ) deal.

Purchased 2nd domain, the service was not as good as the first domain. but it was a ok ok (sticked to his/her rules ) deal.

Just a little explanation for my clients why the service wasn't as good as previous time.

Reason #1: Previous time I agreed to create registrar account for this client, but this time I didn't do that. That was just my diligence and I do not have to do that each time.

Reason #2: We agreed about 10% discount if client buys 2 domains. Next day he bought 1 domain and was very disappointed why he didn't receive any discount.
