Fiverr Pro is HORSE SHIT.

Fiverr made the mistake of not realizing that their brand stands for "fast, easy, cheap" to consumers. Mixing that with "high end" does not work. It would be like Walmart rolling out "Walmart Deluxe" stores that sell caviar and champagne and $6,000 wheels of cheese. Retarded idea, anybody with the slightest degree of marketing background would know this going in.

...Are there really cheese wheels that sell for $6000?

It's past this thread's birthday, and Ahrefs is showing it at spot 3 for https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/fiverr-pro-is-horse-shit.952655/ in the United States after a year of heavy marketing by Fiverr. I consider that a success.

Showing this thread at spot 4 for https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/fiverr-pro-is-horse-shit.952655/ in India. I also consider that a success @Sherb :)

These logos still look like they're worth $5.

I have been informed that this thread is already ranking at the bottom of page one for "Fiverr Pro" in the US Google market.
Fiverr Pro is literally 2nd in ranking right now for me (Belgium) right after the official page :)
edit: Just noticed this thread got gravedigged, didn't know it was that long that I had used Fiverr since I didn't know about fiverr pro yet

Not to mention they have removed the Cart button, just so they can milk and dime you since you have to purchase each gigs separately. Extra $2 for each check out.

HaHa! I found this thread on Google. A friend of mine who has been working in the newspaper industry for decades got rejected a couple of times from Fiverr Pro. He was moaning that the writers they've accepted are just jumped up bloggers so I came over to check it out and found this thread. Great work guys.

Those logo gigs are flipping embarrassing. I researched as many of the names as I could find and literally none of them were using the designs in that gig. I wonder if any of them were ever even commissioned.
