I just downloaded toolkit and all I can get is phone numbers from my friends.

The last time I tried it was 6 - 8 months ago and no go with it.

I'm sure there are some paid versions of it that are out there but as to free I have not found any myself.

To extract contact data or leads data from Facebook you can use FBCANDY. It extracts all valid email addresses in all groups you join in or Any Public Groups.
It’s impossible to extract all emails at once from a group of people on Facebook, but if you have time and patience you can do it by simply opening each profile manually and use SignalHire browser extension.

FB Candy is your best bet, can take a while to pull email addresses from groups or pages. FB Audience blaster is also good, but doesn't pull as much as what FB Candy does.
