GSA Website Contact - Automatically Send Your Product/Service to 1,000's of Contact Forms (Discount)

Hi, may I know if open many threads but same product than the click rate is drop?

Its not about the number of threads, its about total send volume. So yes of course, its just like sending emails. 99.9% of your messages are likely to wind up passing thru email servers, so if email servers see the same url/email too many times in a given time period they will start blocking it.

So need to create short link to send?

According to Mx toolbox we land sometimes on 1 blacklist sometimes on no blacklist and it seems to be what I would dub a "low level" or low impact blacklist. 200K+ per sustained for days gets on you a blacklist where your registrars legal department contacts you and then takes your domain. Been there, done that, don't want to do it any more, hehe.

Hey im sure you're busy but would you have some time on a weekend for a 2 hour consultation? A screen share to go over how to use the software start to finish while just explaining these little important things you've figured out over time? If $200 for 2 hours would work, let me know, would appreciate it! If you want to PM me your skype or something, would be great. Thanks again for all the help here.

Is this tool is similar to Scrapebox contact form submitter or there is some differences?

I haven't personally used the SB contact form submission so I'm not sure exactly what features that includes, but I can say Website Contact was designed specifically for contact form submission and has a lot of great features. There's automatic scraping, checking forms, submission + lots of filtering options, scheduler and more.

You can grab the free trial and check out the features to see if its something you want/need.

hey i bought this, does it take time to get the email?

As soon as your payment is cleared by the payment processor, your license is auto generated and sent to the email you used when you checked out. It's usually pretty fast, but can sometimes take a bit longer depending on your method of payment.

got it thank you! Not sure where to enter serial but playing with it now, thanks

Thats a subjective question. I don't use url shortners, I use real domains. Url shortners are mixed bag. On one side its a nice unique url easily, but on the other spammers use it all the time so mail filters might filter it more readily. Thus I just buy cheap domains and use those. You can split test the difference and see what works for you.

Well I appreciate the offer, but consulting/mentoring is against the rules here on BHW.

Generally speaking I used to do this sort of stuff but to be honest I really don't enjoy it and it doesn't really make sense for me. So I appreciate the offer, but these days I only really do business collaborations. Meaning I do contact form sending for businesses and I handle it all and Im shortly moving into doing cold email sending for businesses as well. But I don't get into consulting/paid tutorials/mentoring etc....

Plus getting into the finer details gets hairy. I have NDA signed with some businesses I work with and technically I don't want to push the limits of if I gleaned something while working with them and accidentally share it while consulting. I mean it gets a bit grey but i respect the businesses I work with and I just don't want to get close to that grey area. The info I share here is info I have learned and falls outside of NDA, but there is more info that I have not shared that gets into grey and so for those reasons I just stay out of the consulting bit.

Just got it all setup and sent my first test to one of my own sites, Instantly submitted it (i dont have captcha) I used the random "from" names and i got an odd message that the email may be spoofed, but still hit inbox. I then went and wrote what would be a normal email with american name, sent and it went through perfectly, pretty amazing. I can already see scaling this you can have issues like that, but IMO taking the time to solve that dynamic ourselves (scaling while hitting inbox) is the science. Using shortened URLS etc i would assume will just hit spam so buying real URLs and using them as burners having them redirect on site to main site seems to be a must if serious about volume and delivery. Simple UI, worked on test, thank you.

Thank you, understand. Considering you're using domains let me ask you a question. Lets say the domain is xyz.com

Is this possible....?

1) copy list of 500 common first names
2) mass create 500 emails @ my domain ([email protected], [email protected], etc)
3) have them all auto forward to [email protected] so i can manage and respond to all sends from 1 account

Maybe im being paranoid but im pretty sure if you put the same [email protected] and send them 60k times a day... its going to say the email is spoofing or it will hit spam? Im not blasting out offers, i know a lot of people put fake emails and numbers but i think getting the people to interact via email is important and i would like to do so. thanks.

1) Are you just putting the url in the body with [rotate my urls] type of thing in 1 thread?

or

2) Running different threads each with their own individual url?

(I would think its best to run 1 thread and just rotate your URLs? Sounds like you do 2500 sends per hour approx ---@60k per 24H---)

3) How many urls are you spinning in that body if you dont mind me asking in the 24H period or 60k send batch?

4) Do you send over 24H period or for open rate reasons just send them within a few hours in day?

5) Not sure if there is a delay feature in between sends in this program but do you use that at all if so?

Sorry asking so much questions but as always, much appreciated! Super helpful.

Hey is there a reason it limits me to only 100 "pages to parse" when scraping? If i try to modify it wont go over

I mean that should be fine. Just if your using a name in the message, like in the signature and your email says [email protected] and your signature says Mark - that might be a good reason for someone to not contact your or think your fake and complain etc..

I run different campaigns each with its own individual url. The reason I do this is because I use a unique opt out domain that is locked to that offers domain. Else if you spin out your offer urls and opt our urls you will have messages going out with different combos and if you get 1 offer domain filtered and that domain comes thru again with a different opt out domain, then you can get that opt out domain filtered, then the filters see that opt out domain with an entirely different offer domain and they then filter out offer 2 domain. If that makes sense.

Thats my logic, I didn't really test it heavily, but just with all teh different other blacklists and filters I encountered it made sense and I couldn't see a downside, other then a few mins to setup a different campaign. So I went with it. I also often use different messaging and subjects for each campaign as well, to avoid those sorts of filters although Im still testing on the large scale how that really affects things.

60K sends per 24 hours and I rest it on the weekend. I found 1 high level blacklist I got on that if I just stopped all sending I was able to get off of it after 24 hours of no sending. so I used that logic and spread it to other campaigns that a break is good. Also for most of my customers they don't want to send on the weekened anyway. I don't always hold to this rule, sometimes I load in 1 million domains and just send 7 days a week until its done and then I let it rest a day or 2 after its done before sending more. At 60K a day accounting for some failure its about 10 days, give or take for that to run, which for the most part seems ok enough.

I am a perfectionist so I have to fight over optimization or I would optimize it to the hilt and never get any real work done, so i force my self to get into the "good enough" realm and keep moving.

I split tested for mutliple weeks sending over a 24 hour period and also just sending them all as fast as they would go and then pausing until the next day. Click thru rates were the same either way, so it worked better for most clients to do sending during business hours so thats what I do now.

There is no delay but if you wanted to limit it per hour thats sort of a "delay" just a chunk and then wait. but like I said that didn't seem to matter, so I doubt a delay feature would matter either, but since there isn't one I have no data on that.

I means use the GSA Content Website, How much

I means how much u use the thread scrape , check and sent for GSA Website Contact? I use 300 thread

I have a lot of different servers and vps with different setups. I use anywhere from 100 to 750 threads depending on the server, but for most average I use 300. Also it depends what the max simultaneous connections limit of your proxies are. If you have 20 proxies and they limit you to 10 connections and your running 300 threads, your exceeding your max connections and 1/3 of all your connections, or more, are being denied. So you need to ask your provider that question, most providers limit it to 10 connections per proxy.

If your provider says no limit, Id limit it to less then 10. My experience has been providers that have no limits get abused and are overall slower then providers with limits. Thats not necessarily a rule, but thats my experience. I won't use a provider without limits these days.

Hey is there a reason it limits me to only 100 "pages to parse" when scraping? If i try to modify it wont go over

search engines limit it to this. Try to go to google and search anything and try to go past page 100, there is literally no next button. In fact in many cases google will soft limit you to 300 to 600 results, so you won't even get to page 100, more like page 30 to 60. Its been that way for at least the past decade, if not longer.

I hope i'm not asking the same question but when you say 1 url per campaign you're literally just leaving:

1) http://xyz.com as your url in the website field
2) Leaving ONE email address and email field such as [email protected] (never spinning the name)
3) Spinning the headline and body up

So with these 3 principles, you are sending 60k x 5 days in a row without issue? I've asked so many questions because i have such a difficult time believing those would not all hit a spam filter. Google sees 1 email address from one domain send 60k messages in like an hour or even a day... i would think instantly flagged. Im not arguing as i have no experience, just trying to be clear. Thanks, i think i'm actually all clear after this lol. Been super helpful.

I do like

xyz.com/offer

but yeah.

yes for #2

Somewhat, I use the tokens that website contact provides for uniqueness, but I dont even spin the body, I just use unique messages in each campaign, mostly.

For the most part the end sender email in the header is going to be @The-website-domain-you-submitted-the-contact-form-from.com

so sometimes the email I use is passed in, but quite often its all originating from the end site. So if I send 60K it might send from 55K or 60K different email addresses. If that makes sense. (nice little perk of contact form marketing).

But yes thats what I do. Also bearing in mind these are heavily businesses so Id "guess" a large percentage of them don't go to gmail. Sure some will host with gsuite and some will use gmail, but many will have their own mail servers at their own host.

Also same for subject line, sometimes contact forms pass in the users subject and its like

message from website: ~user message~

sometimes its totally unique and sometimes its only the user message.

Same for the body, typically

"sent from the-end-site.com via contact form" is added and often times other elements. So the contact forms back end is adding their own elements to subject and body so this automatically provides uniqueness in message and subject line. combined with sent from different mails due to the website sending the email, makes a nice package.

Ive even had someone put something about spoofing headers in my comment section of the opt out form. Say it worked years ago and it no longer works. I spoof nothing, they just dont' understand how a contact form works.

I thought it was sad and comical a couple times someone has said they are blocking the sender, not realizing that they are blocking receipt of their own contact forms. Im sure they will figure it out, I hope.

@loopline

Can i ask how much you spend on average for captchas, for me it is about $150- a week and i do have captcha breaker
I just want to know if this is average

Thanks

I spend $0 a week on captchas. :)

I use GSA captcha breaker right now.

My experience, and this is a bit loose, but if you take what website contact can identify, lets keep it nice and round and simple. Lets say website contact identifies 1000 domains with forms.

About ~70% of those, or 700 will have no captchas. If you add in gsa captcha breaker that nets you about another 10% or 100 more domains so 800 total.

Those are hard fast numbers and can be affected by lots of things.

Right now I can post to 10 million+ contact forms and growing daily. Ive spent a lot of time on structuring a system so I can grow my database of identified contact forms and making sales and other things. Like Im working on doing cold email marketing, which is just a lot of moving parts etc..

So for now I have focused on the no captcha forms and the ones that captcha breaker can solve. I haven't even moved into recaptcha solving or otherwise. maybe that will add another 5% to 10% of the forms or perhaps more, but Im hitting 80% of available forms right now so thats enough to keep my customers happy while I move into email marketing. Email marketing should at the least triple if not quadruple the number of people I can reach out to so at some point Ill cycle back to recaptcha and such but I can only do so much and low hanging fruit is where Im focused.
