question about Twitter verification (blue check)

Does anyone know if there's still a way to go about this? I know they removed the public option to apply for a verified account.

However, on my account, I have had a decent amount of impersonators and accounts questioning my identity. Given the high traffic to my account as of late, this is concerning.

That being said, is there way to go around this to somehow request verification? Is there an email contact, or a secret backdoor way?

Any help would be appreciated.

No, there's no way since the verification form is closed. You gotta get a plug or hire someone (99.9% scam)

A plug? There's no good contact through email, even support?

As far as I know it’s impossible unless you got a plug in some major record label (Sony, Warner or any other big company). Been waiting till they opened the verification form, took me 6 tries and then they finally verified my account. You just have to wait, be patient and stay tuned.
