I have a few questions in regard to your service:

1. What is the delivery rates on these servers like? What are the open rates?

2. Also, if i use this own server, will there be any restrictions on such things as a low bounce rate, low complaint rate etc.

3. Right now my bounce rate is about 3% hard bounces and and spam complaint rate at about 0.2%. Is your service a long term suitable for mailing

4. What are the advantages of using this over something like Mailchimp, Mailgun, Sparkpost etc.

I purchased this service on July 27. I waited until August 3rd for the server but he was unable to deliver the service. He did give me a refund though. I just wish i knew that he was not able to deliver the service as now i am out over a week of time of waiting for him when i could have found a different supplier.
