Tips for growing a backpacking/travel profile?

Hello Hatters,
In late 2018 I will take the leap from cold Denmark to traveling the world full-time as a digital nomad, along with my gf.
We're already working on setting up a blog - and also an Instagram profile. My question to you guys is; do you have any ideas on how to grow it and maybe get a headstart? I'm not gonna risk anything with the account, but besides the craziest blackhat techniques, I'm open for ideas.

Hello! I am from Denmark as well and also started a travel account for my backpacking tour next year, to get some free hotels, adventures, etc.

I don't have any blackhat tips. But my strategy is to start the account as a repost page, so it can get a following and then when I am travelling, I will start to post my own pictures.


other than that, I am gonna buy powerlikes and add the account to a page called infinicore(not sure if its good.)

Create multiple child accounts, use them just like you would use your main account with minimal content being posted or no content. Use follow unfollow with botting and get the followers routed to your main page.

OP - I have a bunch of "nature" type accounts because I live in the middle of nowhere and I'm a bit if a country boy in that respect + my wife has a degree in animals. It is really easy to build up those accounts with pictures from your local area (as you backpack) and you can really build a targeted audience using the tools available.

One picture can be taken a dozen different ways in 6 seconds if you are doing any manual work and there is so much content out there that you can repurpose with some minor changes without a lot of effort. There are even tools available in the marketplace to help with that which work very good.

I use this strategy for clients and it works awesome for them. Its an old method known to almost everyone and works like charm especially for niche related influencers.

I wont go into detail as its a complete business strategy but you could use DM's and profile mentions with botted follow/unfollow. If done the right way it can effectively boost your page followers and generate much more business, and works even more effectively for influencers or you could say niche based influencers.
