Can I attach paypal with different email on stealth?

Paypal got restricted after 1 sale. My ebay account still good. It says paypal not valid. Can I make a new paypal with different email than the ebay stealth and attach it?

If it was banned then your next account will be restricted as well. Dump the account and time to setup a stealth so it doesn't.

Paypal and eBay are separate now. Paypal was restricted but eBay is OK jiat gives messages there is not a valid PayPal account and to add one. I'm wondering since seperate of I can add a new PayPal to same account

The corporations might be separate, but PayPal still tracks that data internally, and they will ban your new account if it's tied to your flagged Ebay account.

Ebay isn't the problem, PayPal is.

If you give PayPal ANY reason at all to suspect that you own the stealth account, the restrictions of your old account will be applied to the new one as well. And since the Ebay username is seen by payPal, that will be more than sufficient to prove ownership.

If you want your new stealth PayPal account to stay active, you need to make a new stealth Ebay account to go with it.

Why would it have been restricted after 1 sale? I issued a refund to a buyer who cancleed order then restriction placed.

I want to continue to sell this item but don't want it linked to new account. Would a little edit work?

try calling. If its not high risk , you can probably social engineer and get it un-banned. If you do that, it will be stronger too.

On top of this, some reps are really nice and will raise the limits more

You can attach new PP to it. Just make sure the old PP is removed from the account. I'm not guaranteeing anything but it will work fine initially, for how long? I'm not sure. Depends on what you're selling as well.
