"When your social media strategy is to “follow and unfollow” you’ve fully become a clown"
You know what Gary? Fuck you very much mate. F/U works just fine even with accounts as big as 100k.
Why does he post that you ask? Let's dig deeper. Take a look at his bio:
"Investor at Twitter, snapchat, venmo [etc...]"
Are you thinking what I'm thinking? FOLLOW THE MONEY
Think logically. If less people use botting they're more likely to use platform's as service instead. That means more money to Twitter/Instagram rather than madsplanner/jarvee/gmt developers. That means more income for the companies. That means more money going to stock dividends. And among many, who is invested in Twitter, Snapchat and Facebook? Our good ole GaryVee
so while a little tweet may not make as much impact, you can definitely conclude that Gary was effectively trying to use his influence and social media presence to try to get more people to not even consider botting, especially one of the most effective methods of them all: F/U
Rule of business #9: never take things/words at face value. Always question and dig deeper. FOLLOW THE MONEY.
That is all for today.
