You don't get paid shit for traffic to your website unless you monetize it That could be through Google Ads, that could be by placing banners on your site, placing offer etc.

CPA is simply "Cost Per Action", that is, getting paid when someone completes a survey, or asks for credit advice via a lead form. No actual sale of anything needs to take place for you to get paid.

AM, on the other hand, requires that something is bought for you to get paid, or in the case of casinos, bet and gamed.

I have made my living from marketing online since 1995. I still do, and love it very much, and have never looked back.

Almost completely agree with you however several CPA networks have offers for physical items, buying digital items etc.

Most of the time you will get a static percentage of each sale or revshare, like AM

You must be real old-school as CPA networks has been a lot more then filling out a survey.

You mean post CPA offers to FB. Well it's not as easy as you thought ey. It's too much to type in a message you there is plenty of info all around the internet if you look for it. Remember this is a guide for beginners. Doing CPA and FB the right way is more for experienced people.

But to give you a general idea of the basics. Create a bridge page and either redirect to your CPA offer from there or monetize the page.
