[500+] LinkedIn Endorsement/Recommendations Exchange

Over 800 connections on my 8 year old personal account.
My stipulations for recommendations and skills exchange:
1. You must have a complete linkedin profile with a credible history. My profile is "All Star" and I am only looking to connect with & exchange a few recommendations with those who are the same as well.

2. No Brand New profile or profiles that are worse than tumbleweeds blowing in the wind. If you just got on Linkedin within the past 6 months or so then I am not interested.
3. If you have an issue giving a breakdown review/recommendation that isn't at least 3-5 "Complete sentences" then I am not interested.
4. If I google your name before going to your Linkedin account and it says you're a scam artist, have a bad reputation of doing people dirty online, are on ripoff report.com, etc, etc. I can not do the recommendation exchange with you.
I will of course be leaving some kick ass recommendations and I expect to be held to the same standards I stated above as well.

Requirements
1. Must have minimum 500+ Connections
2. Profile must be real / genuine (No fakes)
How it works?
1. Post on this thread
2. Connect. (add each other on LinkedIn)
3. List the number of Skills you want to exchange. ( We will do a 1:1 ratio endorsement exchange or 1:1 recommendation exchange)
