That is sure a hell of projects, good luck with it. It's great to have multiple income streams but I don't personnaly like taking on different projects at once, why ? Because let's say I have some problem with a certain project. I will most likely put it off and move to another project Instead of trying to face the problem, when you have a single project you will focus only on it until you reach your goal for it. So I'd rather focus on one project until it's a sustainable one and stable. Then move to another.. Well it was just my opinion Good luck on your journey

I see your point and I think you have the reason, just I am doing at this way because I plan to outsource/automatize everything once it starts giving some profit (at least as much as I can meanwhile keeping the quality)

That is the most difficult part in my opinion. I will tell you a thing. Back a few months ago, I was receiving around 2-3 proposals to code something per day. Each one was from $500 to ... whatever. I wanted to accept all, I accept several. And I provided a bad service due to all the amount of work. It made me lose money, clients, reputation, feel bad... So now I have learned: never accept more projects you can manage. So, the key to being able to handle all of them...

• Don't do a lot of them from the beginning. Right now I can handle more projects at the same time than before, just because I have practiced. I have learned how to manage the time and now I can be more efficient (but I need to improve!)
• Try to avoid any kind of... unnecessary thing in your workplace. (It includes YouTube, if you can't stop looking videos, block it until you are able to focus on the work)
• Do breaks to rest, don't stay in the same place without moving for hours. But in the breaks try to avoid laying on the sofa or the bed, move a little, walk, if you like do some push-ups (that is what I do)
• Setup a Trello board with a ToDo list (or better, do it on paper, to avoid distractions on the Internet). When you wake up, plan what you have to do, sort it by priority and do it. And just after you finish all of them, do other tasks you have (for example another work you got that day)

These are some bits of advice based on what I do, just I want to say I am not an expert, it is just what I am testing!

Thanks for that explanation, because I know how hard it is to handle more project at a time. We are all humans and that means we can focus solely on one thing. If you do focus on more tasks, you will do so many mistakes (that is just underlining the truth as you mentioned you delivered not a perfect project).

But sometimes even though I use all of these points you mentioned above I still can't laser focus on one thing, I mean I am doing it but every noise will disturb me and I can't even listen to focus music and I am doing on that particular task but in my head there are more things going on.

Sometimes I just sit behind the computer and I do, I don't care if it was for four hours behind PC but the working process is just going smooth.

Do you know these moments? If yes how do you avoid the part where you can't laser focus?

The best way to organize your business projects is to give dedicated time to the ones that provide steady upfront income, and the rest of the time to the ones that will have a bigger, but deferred payoff. This will keep you motivated as you receive the little victories from the 'trickle' money coming in, so you can keep moving on the bigger ones that you will profit fromlater.

Hey! Let's do an update!

First, you can see finally I have bought the Jr.VIP! I am really excited about it, not just because now I have a blue badge (uhm, internet points?) but because it is a good way to support the forum, a place where I have learned (and I will keep learning) a lot.

Anyway, I have bought the Jr.VIP but I am not going to sell anything on the marketplace yet. I have a few services I want to offer but first I want to be sure I will offer quality. And also, before selling them, I will offer some beta testing so... it will take a while.​

I have been traveling this weekend and also finishing a really big project for a freelancing client (it was a website on Python, Django; I really like that kind of websites since I feel Django is a really good system to build a SaaS website, of course for normal sites I prefer WordPress or basic HTML+CSS)

Maybe you are wondering how the Instagram accounts are growing. Well, I am doing it manually right now (later, when my own bot is finished I will use it, but for now I prefer this). I am managing 9 accounts. Since I have built my own proxies and I am using them on these accounts, I am able to be aggressive but I am not being yet, just to warm the accounts. Anyway, as you can see I have been a few days offline (since I was traveling) so it has been like a warming period for the accounts.

Right now this is the growth since the last update days ago (remember, I haven't published nor done anything with the accounts so no big growth):

• Niche 1: 82 followers (+27 earned)
• Niche 2: 112 followers (+44 earned)
• Niche 3: 41 followers (+26 earned)
• Niche 4: 303 followers (+32 earned)
• Niche 5: 47 followers (+26 earned)
• Niche 6: 66 followers (+53 earned)
• Niche 7: 44 followers (+29 earned)
• Niche 8: 10 followers (+8 earned, yeah, something is really wrong with this niche, I think it is heavily saturated)
• Niche 9: 71 followers (+37 earned)
• Total: 776 followers (I will try today to reach 1K) (+282 earned)

About other things, I have finally created some accounts on the EC2 on Amazon to create Google Play accounts. I had to create several VCC with one dollar each one for the Amazon preauthorization, but it is fine, they were not charged. Today I am going to buy 2 Google Play accounts and install on each EC2 Android SDK to compile the reskinned apps (I am not going to install Android Studio since free tier on Amazon is really really low tier, and running Android Studio is... painful. I will setup also a new Google Admob account per Google Play account (to avoid footprints).

I have found some cool apps to reskin and upload so I am going to hire a guy I have been talking about to reskin them and after that... well, my Android reskin adventure will start. I will upload 1 app per account.

In one of them, I am going to try to pay on Google Admob to get installs, for one week and in another one, I am going to buy 100 installs per day for 7 days. Just to test what method is better. I am thinking to try Facebook Ads too.

I created finally my SEO blueprint for my SEO agency (what I have to do each day for a client, obviously it will be customized later for each client, but it is as a basic path). And I have been trying to sell the services without even having the website ready, just to some people I am finishing some websites and I got one saying yes and starting next month (when the website is completed) and another one maybe (we have a call tomorrow to negotiate), so I am happy about that. I am going to earn just around $500 of profit per client (plus any extra cost like ads, guest posts...) but they are basic websites and well... they are the first clients. Once I have enough clients, I will increase prices for new ones. And it is pretty outsourced (I have to manage what and when every task happen, but other people do the task), so if I am able to get those two clients at the end of this month, I will have reached $1000/month as "passive".​

About the affiliate stores, I am finishing creating the first one: I have installed the theme, the plugins, configured everything and it is ready to launch. I am finishing some posts (I want to have 20, 10 at the launch and 10 to publish one every two days).

I have not been able to code the bot yesterday since I had too much work from a client I am building an app plus a custom server for that app, but at least I created a list of features I want to add on the first version and installed all the things necessary to run it on Windows, Mac, and Linux so... yes, finally I can confirm the bot will run on the three systems!

And finally, to end the post, I have written 2 articles on 2 languages for 3 blogs, with around 5000 words each one so yeah, 60000 words written yesterday. I know those blogs are a really long-term project but... they have to be built if I want to​

earn something from them someday!
