If you need a number for a long period of receiving SMS, you should buy a rental of number (In the "Rent numbers" section), but for now we don't have US numbers there.

There is not that much to think about when the funds has not been added and I provided you the payment ID from paypal. Check it in your account and add it! Waiting for more than a day now for this tiny problem and still nothing althought we needed the numbers fast!
