How can I purchase BTC instantly?

I have an account on Coinbase but it's saying if I purchase the BTC now that it won't be available, for "use", for 19 days.

My problem is that I need BTC immediately and it seems as if I cannot make that happen. How can I purchase BTC now using a credit/debt card or PayPal with having immediate access to the BTC?

Earlier today I purchased a $40 Amazon gift card that I was going to exchance to someone for $30 in BTC but unfortunately, because I was unaware that financial exchanges were not allowed on the forum, my thread was closed and I'm not stuck with a $40 card.

With that said, I'm now looking for another option, another platform perhaps that will allow me immediate access to the BTC in my account.

You can buy bitcoin with Visa. Fees might be higher but it seems to be the quickest option.

I came across them in some previous research but haven't used them personally. I used their competitor (shapeshift.io) because I was just exchanging coins without fiat currency involved.

PayPal is too risky for the seller so I wouldn't waste much time even if you find one site the conversion is terrible. I'd check out coinmama, bitpanda, cex.io..not sure how fast you can get verified it took weeks for me to get verified on coinmama. Also if you remember a lot of credit cards don't allow you to purchase crypto that was a big issue a couple months ago. I'd go for localbitcoins if you need it today or a local bictoin ATM if they allow fiat to bitcoin.

LBC now so many scammers there, people going buying account with have trade history and good feedback. so its not safety anymore, also paxful. but i think coinbase almost all countries are supporting.
