Congratulations. I'm doing the same thing with stock profits and affiliate money for a Reventon, truck, jet skis + big house = big goals.

What are you planning on doing with the land?

Good job mate. Care to share how you pull in the affiliates? SEO for each service? FB groups?

Lot's of hard work and playing the numbers game. I also direct them to gigs I know they will buy instead of sending them to the generic landing pages.

So good mate, keep this up. Maybe write a detailed guide about this just like your pinterest method :p

haha maybe, The basics are sending people to the right gigs and also creating your own for your audience and sending traffic to those.

You're gonna miss the Vegas social scene buddy, but excellent news. Hope it all goes through painlessly for you both!

We will still have an address in vegas, a lot of my wife's family are here so we will be back and forth.

Congratulations! Plans to put some livestock on it by chance?

No plans for livestock, we will probably have a few animals running around the place. There is a lot of wildlife there.

Just play the numbers game is the best tip. Sorry man I don't have time for PM's like that right now.

Thank you! It feels awesome. I could have pissed that money away on many occasions over the last year and would have had nothing to show for it.

What are you planning on doing with the land?

Plan on setting up some glamping sites, a few spots for van life people passing through to stay a while. We plan on setting up a dog sanctuary or at least a dog foster/re-homing charity and have that there. We plan on utilizing it and monetizing it to it's full potential.

Congratulations ! Always nice to see people succeeding in their dreams

Wait me pls I'll come too just a few more years

I F***NG Love reading situations such as this. There's nothing wrong with making light of good things happening to someone as a result of doing well. I have to be honest, I can't imagine it's extremely easy there either. Let us know how this turns out. I very well may start writing about my journey finally. Good news keeps good people going.

Ah man, that's my dream right there - running hipcamps with yurts and even the animal sanctuary... I'm jealous!

I guess I need to do more with pinterest and fiverr, heh.

Nice job man!

That is so awesome, dude. Sounds like a perfect space for one of https://www.bluhomes.com/homes-landing/breezehouse.

Northern Arizona was pretty incredible from what I saw of it. Definitely plenty of space for solitude, a good escape from Vegas I'm sure.

Also, pics plz.
