Canada porn legal issues

Hi BHW,
I hope you could clarify some of my doubts regarding pornography in Canada.
My current country doesn't allow citizens to earn money through porn stuff like websites and etc. However, I'm moving to Canada in a year time. I would like to know if it's legal to sort of earn money through copyrighted porn contents uploaded to file hosts like Openload embedded on my website.
Means I will be earning money from
1) Openload
2) Website (Crakrevenue)

I think it's okey if you use fake identity to buy the domain and offshore hosting but i'm not sure.. hope someone from canada answer your question

Well if you are asking if copyright infringement is legal I would say no. Some places have a work around where you can link to copyrighted material but that won't get you very far in the case of a complaint to your registrar.

I would say no it is not legal.

You don't host copyrighted materials and take no responsibility for the content. Just write good disclaimer with terms pages and you will be OK. Emdeded videos are the same as backlinks on your site. It's nothing. I have 100+ porn websites with embeded videos on servers located in Canada. No issues. But I suggest to use Cloudflare.
