This is my method I've used to make around 40,000$ in the past couple of years, with very minimal work, brings in currently around 50+ dollars per day with minimal advertising, and minimal expenses.
I tried to include a screen shot here of my earnings, but the website cuck'd me.

The method requires you to have some knowledge of coding, or knowledge of WordPress plugins which will parse the rss feed of a website.
1. I find a website which actively posts albums, singles, and mixtapes for American artist, this is very specific because I don't want to target traffic from low paying geo's, and the American artist albums often have a bit less competition then most people are lead on to believe.
2. I set up a few websites scraping the content from the website we found before, using an intertwining backlink system between them, so when an album is no longer available I submit the download link to go to our other website. This has worked very well for me so far, and hasn't caused much of an issue in the long run in terms of Footprints + Seo.
3. After you create a handful of websites, scraping all of the content from your primary competitors website, you want to start with SEO, let these sites age for a couple weeks before even considering to mess with SEO // Don't invest in PBNS, or anything expensive, you want to create a few tumblr profiles and drop nothing but comment backlinks into them (trust me, it works very well for this niche)
4. After you've started growing the backlink profile on your tumblr accounts, you need to start registering on forums for your specific niche, in this case it's music related as a whole, if interested in a list of forum websites I've found over the years you can send me a PM and I'll send it to you.
5. Repeat the same process over and over until you scale your website portfolio to a larger number, something I've noticed with the MP3 Download niche is if you focus everything into one website, you will be sad because we often get domain penalized for lack of content, or duplicate content. (My method around this so far has been to create sub domains for the primary domain and label them an alias to the main domain) has worked like a charm thus far, after I hit for example www30 then I will buy a whole new domain and start the process over again for that domain.
This method is best used if you monetize via link shortners and various popunder networks, don't give a shit about your users, they don't give a shit about you. Make the files accessible while making as much as you can, off as little traffic as possible.
I hope you enjoyed my method, it's my first share here, and has been a working method for me for a lot of years.
