Where to immigrate?

Go to Dubai or better Abu Dhabi! English, French & Arabian... that's enough. Find a job & apply to college.
Would be awesome, tried searching online for opportunities but found nothing.
Italy / Spain. I went to Italy & I pay 400 Euros per year for the university there. :)
Which university is this?
Try uae I’m sure the government would help you.
Searched for it but didn't really find an opportunity or a clear path to follow to get there..

Build up a company in whatever you're good at in your own country. Grow, employ others, make your own place better instead of running from it.
If there's no opportunities, you make them.

I would love to go to Canada but I've read that they don't accept people in certain industries and they don't accept unexperienced workers.

just like most countries.
Like someone said, what can you better than for example a French person? They all speak French, certainly, some will speak English (French ppl always seem reluctant to speak English so you never know for sure how proficient they are), and Arabic would only be valuable if the company you'd work for targets the Arabic market.

More often than not you'd have to prove why you vs. a local person? Without work experience, it will be quite hard as a bachelor is also not something to set you apart. If this is the way you want to continue, do as someone suggested and look in graduate/ Ph.D. programs that can give you an edge.

Good luck

Most Italian universities charge you for the university fees depending on your family's income (or your income if you work).
Since you're from an Arabic country (Like me), I assume that your income / family income when transferred from your local currency to Euro It will be so little, so you will pay somewhere from 200 to 600 Euros per year and that's it. :-)

Wow, that seems amazingly cheap!

If you are young, and can get a good university education for less than $1000/year, you should do that.

So basically, if I live in my country and my family live in my country, I'll send them the income reports so that they give me a quote?

I am not sure if you are hard of reading and understanding, however I refer you back once again to @Zwielicht's post here https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/new-affiliate-account-manager-on-the-block.1040953/#post-11187415

Once you've read it and the rules, read them again - especially Rule 3.6.
