This has been happening with me as well. I purchased some mentions on some of the panels on this site and they came from Verified accounts with like 23 followers. Do you guys think someone figured out how to get the blue tick without an inside man at insta?

I believe they do, but they have their own ticket system, never had a bad experience. refund whenever service didn't work.

I found them on here it's SSM-HEAVEN something like that.

No. If you don't have a couple of thousands to spend testing this approach, don't waste your time with it. Just a good tip
