Then, I realized I should not have an infringement, at the moment I have 1 violation that expires in two weeks and only after that I can sell my accounts, did I understand you correctly?

You can respond to requests in Hire a Freelancer/Want to Buy, even with violations. However, you're not allowed to advertise your services outside of these sub-forums.

To submit a market place thread, you need to be violation free. In your case, you can wait the 2 weeks until it expires, or you can contact the original moderator that gave you the violation to see if they will remove it. This is completely at the discretion of the moderator who gave you the warning originally.

Thanks for the help!
I'd rather wait 2 weeks for everything to be legal.

@Apricot !
Really Good and Neat Table you made it - am just visiting one by one thing on this site ( Since m New ). from this forum how much noob person also can understand Quite Easily from this Table of Members Limit. and What Should they do. and i Really appreciated that. Really You Done a Great Job. !

We get lots of questions like "why can't I PM?", "when can I open a marketplace thread?", "do you hate me?" or "wtf is this infraction for?".

So, to answer all these questions, I've put together a new and improved table of things you can do at which level and with how many posts. If I've missed anything, let me know. I'll unstick and close the previous thread - please use this as a reference.

when i try to upgrade i get this
You must have 100 posts and be registered more than 60 days in order to purchase Jr. VIP.
what does 100 post means>?
100 threads or 100 replays on threads?

Threads and replies both count. Your"Messages" number to the right is your posts. Yours is currently 94.

Amazing post. Amazingly well designed to whoever designed it. Props to everyone involved in the procedure! You guys definitely run like a cool startup company tbh haha - I run a startup myself

Very useful post.
Now I understand why I can't send a pm.
Will have to wait a little bit.

I was in sub-section giveaway.
There is someone proposing to give 1 PVA, but you have to send him a PM first.
Don't worry, no shaddy or scammy attitude from me !

Tell him in that thread that you cannot send a PM.

99.9% of the people here will be OK with that and work with you.

Appreciate the info on this opening post here; the section about what all the different moderators can do is especially useful for understanding what the different levels of moderators are here!

but at the same time registered user which have 15 posts or more have permissions to start private conversation

is that acceptable to start conversation about task placed in the "hire a freelancer" forum section?

You need to be a paid up member (Jr VIP/Premium Member or Market Place Seller) to respond to people that have posted in that section.

The only exception is if you have started a thread there as you're looking to hire someone or buy something.
