Paypal asking to show CC statement ? What to do please suggest me !

i had an paypal limited account and i attached a VCC in it for removing the limitation ! and uploaded my electricity bill for my address proof and also my bank account copy where my photo and address is mentioned !

Now i just got one more massage from paypal they are asking these :-

We're sorry, but we cannot restore full access to your account until we
receive additional information. Please provide a copy of each of the
following items: - Your monthly statement for the credit card ending in
XXXX. The statement must show your name, address, and account number
exactly as they appear in your PayPal account.

- Your driver's license or passport. Please make the copy as large and as
light as possible.

Now anyone can help me how to do this i can provide my driving license but how to provide the CC statement i m kinda stuck ! paypal fucking team giving me hard time pls suggest i really fadeup with Paypal !

do i have to call them and talk to them or create a fake CC statement ? with my real driving license pls help co-fellow's !

Your mistake was trying to tie it to a CC. You should have tied it to your corporate bank account. That can be verified by their putting in two small amounts and you reporting those two amounts back to them. That way they won't be asking for any credit card statements. They won't ask for a DL because the fact of your having given them the correct amounts they deposited into the account proves that you have access to the bank accounts and financial information of the corporation. They also wanted a notarized statement from me about something or other (don't remember what it was for sure) but they relied on the fact that I would have had to go to a notary and prove who I am in order to get the statement notarized. What they didn't think of was that I could set my GF up as a notary. Of course, she would swear I was GOD if that is what I wanted her to do. (LOL). After that, no more hassles.

I think paypal are coming down on the whole VCC thing. I used to buy them off
people on this board for $7 and sell them to people on other boards for $12. Used
to be an easy $50 a night but more and more accounts were being limited shortly
after verification. I'm pretty sure they have a database of cetain VCC algorithms
especially one that have been generated by paypal themselves.

One of the posters wrote it already, you need a debit or credit card which is connected to your bank account. They transfer a small amount of money and send a 4 digit pin which you have to use to verify.

You need to go to your bank to get a monthly CC statement. Some banks send monthly CC statements in your mail.

Do you even know what VCC stands for ?

Here's what you do, this comes from my shady past, but it works. Get a cc statement from somewhere, scan it, then load the scan into photoshop, alter whatever you need to in photoshop, save it.

Now print it off. Now fax a copy of it to paypal, it will look like a real cc statement.

I've done this with ID, statements.....you name it.

Use ur noggin for fuck sakes.

You have to think in terms of loopholes, you gotta see a way around everything, no matter how dumb or simple it may seem.

super impose? heard of this right. well, just try to find a well photoshop guru to do this for you , he may do this for you but still you need to provide all vcc information . If you still aren't able to find out hit me a pm. i knew a guy who advertise it over Yahoo messenger via spamming.

You could try this free method to verify your Paypal, as previously discussed:

Or, if that method is obsolete, look for a BHW thread (I forget where) about how to open a reloadable prepaid card in a different name (use a friend or JV partner's info, with card being sent to them). The card can then be used to verify a new PP (the theory is reloadables are not excluded from being accepted as legit cards, as non-reloadable cards may be).

Thanks a lot friends hehe guess what i borrow a scan from my friend of his CC statement and I myself a photoshop expert , i edit it and sent it with my driving license called the fucking paypal team last evening and bingo Account Restored ! what a bloody mess ! Now i know one thing what ever u do paypal sucks from all end ! Thanks brother for your input thanks a lot !

I cant belive that worked so easily - think you would need some decent photo shop skills to do that or ppal staff are just retarted and dont know what they are looking at

I think decent Skills in Photoshop Very easy go to google type

and hit enter u get tons of results of paid videos from all big guns download it watch it it takes hardly 5-6 hours to make u a good skill men in photo-shop ( PS: i m doing photoshop from 2 years) ! then edit the docs as lonny41 suggested in this thread above ! fax them so paypal gets the fax copy ( and i think its not very clear like kinda xerox copy ) and then call them once in 10am to 10pm PST time i think or check the timings from your paypal account ! thats the steps i followed and removed the limitation Successfully I think paypal only require Docs to cover their Ass in any future legal actions......it might help some one ! thanks to all ! cheers !

But how do you fake the Photo IDs? I get how to do everything BUT the driver's license ID number...you can't just type any old random number in.

Nope i dont fake my photo id's because i have my photo ids , what i fake is CC statement i search google images and pick one and edited it and after uploading it i send them email about restriction and i mentioned also that i m going to case a file against paypal and i also talked to my lawyer that u cant hold any once money in this way .... etc etc some real hard words with a fake CC and Voila it works i think brother paypal wont cross check anything they just Want these for their own legal safeties if anything go wrong in future ! But be care ful with fake things unless u dont know how to create it like its really actual i mean photo-shop is very powerful and crucial in this I hope this would help !

What you guys are not taking into account is the incredible power you have with a corporation. You can set up an endless number of employees and if one of them screws up the corporation simply fires them and gets a new "employee" who can take a new tack. GayPal isn't going to be nearly so likely to get all huffy with a corporation as they do with an individual. The "employee" isn't responsible for what he does. If they want to get all huffy with you they can talk to your "legal department" and if somebody wants something such as credit or money tell them they have to contact your financial department. You don't have to go through all the problems you guys are going through if you have a corporation. It may not be free but so what?
