I remember watching a bunch of his videos some year ago. It were some small pieces of valuable information, but nothing that haven't been shared all over the Internet already.
What fascinate me over and over again with these "gurus" are that people actually pay for their advise. I can't believe that people buy this sleazy-salesman stuff. Their videos, writing and persona is a parody of an old-school car salesman.
But hey - if it makes my job easier.

JC could promote anything and make money.
That's because he knows how, and does all that needs to be done.
Since starting his blog in 2005, he has posted something EVERY day.
Think about that for a moment.
He has a lot of discipline and works hard.
He literally showed people how much he made promoting Mobe.
Anybody joining the program could have done the same.
Thing is, most people are lazy bastards, wanting everything
on a golden spoon given to them without any effort whatsoever.
That being said, he should have been more careful choosing what to promote.
I knew Mobe was a pile of horseshit the moment I read about it.
JC is an intelligent guy with a lot of experience.
He should have known something doggy was going on with Mobe.
I guess he would really be in trouble if his affiliate earnings turn out to be fake
and made up to lure people into the program.
I hope that's not the case!

Anything that has make guaranteed money attached to it comes under the ftc radar...there are many similar programs running like MOBE.

jc had to have known there was something amiss about the mobe program, what are the products being sold anyway? but he obviously didn't care so long as he got paid.
he promoted the system like crazy but as soon as the game came to a flaming end he quickly cut all ties with the company and ran.

My Online Business Education
A perfect example of the licensing model is My Online Business Education, or MOBE.
This company was started by Matt Lloyd of Perth, Australia only four years ago, and it's on course to do $150 million in 2015. Most of that money will go to their licensees.
MOBE is the company that I sold those 450 ebooks for, and made $16,050. They offer both an affiliate plan and a license plan. As I've shown, the license plan is way more profitable.
MOBE offers 90% commission on their front end products, which is unheard of in the affiliate marketing industry. They also give 50% on any backend sales for the life of the customer.
I first met Matt Lloyd at a ThinkTank mastermind in San Diego back in September 2012, and got a license to his system shortly after.
Less than three years later, Matt presented me with a check for $1,783,705.45 at the Home Business Summit in Las Vegas for being a top licensee.
You can use MOBE as a stand-alone business or as an addition to your current Internet business. For me, MOBE has been a great addition to my information product mix.

Under the federal rules of civil procedure, a Temporary Restraining Order can
remain in effect only for only a limited period of time. The parties against whom
the TRO is entered are entitled to appear in Court and argue that the TRO should
end, while the FTC will be permitted to argue that that the TRO should be
extended.
The Court will consider written and oral arguments from the lawyers, and may choose to take the testimony of witnesses. If the Court determines that the TRO should not be extended, then it will enter an order dissolving the TRO.
In that case, the parties against whom the TRO was entered will be permitted to resume their business activities. On the other hand, if the Court determines that the TRO should remain in place, it will enter a Preliminary Injunction that, in all likelihood, will be similar or identical to the TRO."

Some highlights:
* I have concluded that MOBE cannot be operated legally and properly. For that reason, MOBE has been completely shut down.
* I have recovered over $8 million to date, and expect to have another $6.3 million later on August 16, 2018.
The $6.3 million is coming from a credit card processing company and its acquiring bank, after I obtained an order from Judge Dalton commanding them to turn the money over to me.

The card processor and bank intend to appeal Judge Dalton's order. The FTC and I both will defend the order on appeal.
* I have several other potential sources of recovery that I am pursuing. This may include lawsuits against third parties.

It must be said, John Chow doesn't sit still.
He's a worker.
After cleaning up his site to remove Mobe content,
he immediatelly started promoting Clickfunnels, an expensive but high
commission paying affiliate program, to fill the gap.
Too bad he chose to promote Mobe.
Everybody with some basic (internet) knowledge knew it was just
an aggressive scam program, luring in noobs.
Let's see how things work out for him.

When does the FTC go after David Sharpe / Legendary Marketer? I would have thought John Chow starts promoting them now... But no. He decided to go for Clickfunnels... Of course not because the product is good, but because of their relatively high and recurring affiliate commissions. (which to me - as a potential user of their product/service - is always a red flag, because I basically pay double the price just to "pay" the affiliate. (or even more than double...)
