facebook ad account banned - same payment

Hi, my facebook ad account was banned.

I used paypal for it, now I created other ad account , can I use the same Paypal but different Email(You can add to paypal account multiple emails) or Facebook will notice that its the same account?

You can't use the same payment method. You'll have to look for a new one.

Absolutely don't do that! Register a new email in your PayPal account (you can add up to 8) and then get a new ad account - fresh install of OS, new IP, etc. and after that you can try again to run ads with your new PP email.
