I'd say the only "cheaper" option is buy Like4Like or Addmefast bot, get points and use your own RTs/Favorites

i checked nothing works there for me right now. like4like turns out pretty expensive - i don't want to play with exchanging likes

Well, I guess it's just the status quo right now that RTs/Favs are hard to get. Probably Twitter currently has very strict rules. I remember 2 years ago these used to be like $0.20 per 1k and had 50-100k bases etc. But since then twitter probably tightened their security.

i think is a fad or artificial scarcity tbh. instagram is still cheap AF. I have over a thousand twitter accounts and tbh Twitter hasn't really tightened the security much in the last months. But they do say a lot that they did.
Funny thing just look at new posts of billionaires like Musk - see what's happening under their posts
