Entropay doesn't even work (at least for me lately).
No VCC will be free especially when you need to load a few $$$ for verification ... what you are expecting is impossible (not only if account is U.S).

You can't find free. Try to use your local bank maybe they do for you a free debit card + bank account

Like I said. If it's not US account YOU CAN'T do that. Fakes could have been linked (right bin) like 8 months ago but not anymore.
It doesn't load.

What you dont understand it's : PayPal will charge you some money and you must send them the transaction code from that vcc,after verification they will send you back.
it works just fine for me i have multiple vcc and the work as charm

vba require that verification not vvc..I have used fake/empty vcc's many times but most sites are now down..

No such thing as a free VCC unless you get the free one the bank is giving.
