[QUESTION] Facebook Group Growth

I am in the real estate niche and am attempting to grow 4 closed groups full of geo-specific consumers (Similar to a Homes For Sale or Rent group). Each group is linked to a corresponding community page where I run geo-specific ads.

In each community page I have a pinned post w/ Call to Action to join the group... I get a decent amount of organic traffic, but am looking to get more.

I thought about boosting the pinned post to a custom audience but I'm getting the "Boost Unavailable" message.

What can I do to get a massive amount of geo-specific people into each group? Here is what I'm already doing:

1. Slowly driving people into the groups via Pinned Posts on the community pages
   
   
2. Sending group invites via email 1 at a time through the Facebook Group platform (Copying & pasting from an excel spreadsheet of addresses I scraped from similar niche groups)
   
   
3. Farming FB accounts w/ targeted friends to try and force-add to the groups slowly over time
   
   
4. Trying to build a SMTP server so I can cold-email the scraped list w/ a request to join the group.

Here's how to get around it:

1. Write a post on your Facebook Page and drop a link to the Group
2. Create a new Ad, select "Boost your posts"
3. Select the post with a link to your Facebook Group

You can create a personal ad account and then make an add with a link to your group. Hope this helps!

That's awesome. Try also creating multiple groups with the PAGE as an admin and start posting from the page to the group

UPDATE: I was able to create 20+ non-PVA facebook accounts using PVA gmails that I bought on BHW, manually add targeted friends, and force-add them all to a group. I've managed to grow a group with 7,000 targeted members in 20 days. Took a LOT of hard work and a ton of time, but it definitely worked. Anti browser fingerprinting and proxies required.

yes, using net of bots. And invite his friends to group. invite recomends friends to bots. This method will add up to 80 users on each bots
