Allowing users to delete thread within 1 minute of posting

Members should be allowed to delete their thread within 1 minute of posting. Will help to remove cases like double post. Currently, it is removed when a mod sees that or reads the report for it. By then, responses are posted on both. To prevent abuse, it can be allowed only for minute after posting.

I know you can delete posts up to 15 minutes after posting. Would be good to have this for threads as well if it's not already available. Good call.

If someone is spamming, he would not get much visibility in seconds anyway. I do not if the staff can see deleted posts but there should be same function for threads.

One more suggestion related to this is that while editing a thread, there should be an option to edit the thread title as well.

I think it's up top somewhere, like around the "watch thread" link or near the title. I really can't remember how but I'm sure I did it once, and I know I saw someone do it the other day after I told them their thread was against the rules. They changed the title to "Delete" after it originally said something about looking to buy bitcoin.

I'd like to start a thread just to test this but I don't want to spam.

I tried it with a thread I made recently but could not see such option. I remember facing this problem earlier.
