Hey, is there any way to make a direct iCloud address from Windows? I'm not talking about apple id.

Not as far as I know. You do need an iOS device to be able to create the @iCloud.com email address because it'll be associated with your Apple ID.

you could try emulation, but emulating ios to get the IDs is really hard.

Last options for that died alongside Steve Jobs(r.i.p.)
