YT Journey to 10k Total Views

Hi!

This is my first journey that's why I chose real target.
I need just little push to start doing things regularly and this may help me focus on my YT channel.

I created it Nov 6, 2017.
Have uploaded 16 videos.
7 subscribers
1,718 views.

I'm filming all videos by myself but they are really short 2min - 6min long. So far only one video is getting regular views - total 1.2K. I have lot of filmed material need just process them and I'm still filming new videos.
I try figure out best keywords for titles and descriptions but lot of these videos never will get lot of views. As you can see my English are very bad so I don't write attractive descriptions but now I'm planning for some videos order article (200 words).
I will not buy views/subscribers.

My plan:
Upload at least 1 video in week.
Try post my videos in related FB groups.
Figure out how/where can get more views.

oo and yeah my niche - making fun, no gaming hacks and etc. crap. Maybe not so fun but regular YT videos.

One year to start earning will be ok for me. I'm very patient and lazy so in any case It will be long road to bank.

I have uploaded new video.
Also ordered 3 descriptions for next videos. They cost me 13.65usd. One article with 300 words and two articles with 200 words.

Total 1,820 views.

Correct me if i'm wrong but i thought youtube it's traffic source and not a niche. But yeah youtube it's the best source for traffic

Wow... 4 months since last update.
But not lot of actions from me an I haven't reach my goal - 10.000 total views.

I have learned lot of things.
Only today I verified my account with phone number to be able to upload video longer than 15min. Before today I didn't know this option and now I can add thumbnail, End screen & Annotations and Cards for each video. I hope this will help to gain more views and subscribers.
I use Rapidtags to generate tags and Tubebuddy to get some information from competitors (free plans for both).
I have made FB page and tried FB ads to gain views but no results. Only for one video out of about 10 I gained views. I tried different ads settings etc. but I only get likes and no views. I still experimenting with FB ads, will see. Also tried post my video links in FB groups but hard to find group where accept link sharing or do not ban after sharing links.

Good way how to gain views and subscribers are to comment to related videos - I tried this and this can bring good traffic if it is done lot and regularly.

What I have understand that need upload videos regularly then views will come. One guru said - to grow your channel at the beginning need upload videos as much as you can and when you start seeing views and subscribers then you can start to improve SEO, descriptions and etc. I agree.

My views are growing after I verified my account and uploaded thumbnails.

Today I set End screen & Annotations for most viewed videos.
And I'm still filming and creating new videos.

Last video I boosted in Facebook and got some views. Not good results but at least some views. I hope that will help bring more views in youtube for this video.
