I don't know are they scamming their affiliates this way, but that vendor is fishy af!
Like you said they have other popular products as well, like 2-week diet. People are making a killing promoting those for several years now.
But rarely anyone knows who's behind those products and results from those ebooks/guides are questionable.

Those are the kind of people I would like to see banned from CB for good.
There is a lot of great guides with real persons standing behind those and risking their name/reputation if they would do anything fishy.

My suggestion - find much better vendors. If you can't find them on CB just look around the web and offer JV to someone who has legit product.

And another thing, you can always report that vendor to CB and hear their side.
