Is there a way to create gmail without verifying a phone number? Help me?Thanks yous very much?

Lately I have created some gmail accounts without phone verification but I am still monitoring the accounts if it will be needing verification after few days.

why would you work with Gmail which it has hard rules against emails sending?

We've had people before who throw a few helpful titbits of advice out then want to move onto Skype and end up trying to offer mentoring / selling something, which leads to scams and people getting ripped off.
Much easier to keep things out in th open,
