why human life is so short ?

Because they ask too many stupid questions and do not enjoy their life instead.
This haha. People nowadays ask too many stupid questions here, don't know what happened to all the productivity...

"Short" is definitely relative. Live everyday as if you were going to die tomorrow and one day you'll probably get it right =D
Exactly. :)

WORK.
ENJOY.
WORK MORE.
REPEAT.

That should be the cycle of everyone who is trying to be successful in life.

We based our clocks on repetitive motions of the moon, stars and the sun.

Remove these from the equation, and we have a state in which we have never figured out the clock and we wouldn't even need one,

Sure without the macro aspects of our reality i doubt we would even be alive as human beings, so the clock system is implicit in our reality.

It's just that the time itself is a motion of all the events in this massive multi-dimensional reality, and it's a very subjective experience, assuming that one individual might have a more eventful life and the other
lives through lesser waves of motion gravity and changes. That's why some people suggested taking more action in life for it to look longer, for you to perceive more events and prolong the subjective view of longetivity.

After all, life in it's core is a dream state carcass in/over which we have accustomed various user interfaces to adapt the abstract into specific for our needed illusion of progress.

Because none of us would value it if god didn't limit the time

Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. That's relativity.

It's not me, a friend of mine said that ; Einstein.

Life's too short for a reason, we ain't meant to last forever....Gotta make room on this planet so other people can live

Average life expectancy has almost doubled in 100 years, and you're still complaining?

Death is a natural process of life we all have to face, but it doesn't mean the end.

It's only short because you've told yourself that it's short. Besides, the faster it goes, the faster we can move on to a better place- this world isn't the best place to be at this point in time.

My dream is to make a pill that can stop cells from ageing and be deteriorating for a while. Of course, it is your choice to take it.

Because living a long life after passing your genes down to your offspring has no evolutionary advantage. I recommend you read the Selfish Gene by Richard Dawkins

Yes spot on.
This is when he met President Roosevelt, is it not? Or at least this is how it is portrayed in his TV biography.

The simple scientific answer: We have telomeres at the ends of our chromosomes, these telomeres protect our dna. However as we age and our cells keep dividing these telomeres get shorter. The shorter they get the more prone we are to diseases and death. Fun fact, the oxygen that we need to live is technically toxic and putting stress on our chromosomes. If we could stop wasting our time on stupid stuff maybe we could one day find a way to preserve our telomores and life longer than 120 years. For now I just live a healthy life with a strict diet, we'll see what the future brings.

Im sure in the future we will be able to live longer,

But who really wants to???

Things get kinda boring once you get old i imagine..

Our body's aint meant to last

Life is short, yet one moment can last a lifetime in itself.

If you were eternal everything would be taken for granted, because life can be born one instance, and depart another life is just that bit more precious.

Knowing you can be laying down, staring at the stars, then a random driver runs you over gives life more a thrill.

Spend some time in a Black Hole or 5th dimension if you can find it.
Your life wouldn't be short.
If you really want to define the "short" life; Ask an inmate who was released after serving a life sentence.
He'll tell you all about it!

As Evan Essence once said, "cut my life into pieces, this is my last resort."

So you can start and work your face off before time runs out instead of asking stupid meaningless questions.
