Fake Google-referral Traffic

Hi - new guy here! I joined specifically to ask this question:
I have been offered google referral traffic (i.e. "/search?q=KEYWORD"). I was told that the traffic will be 100% human (I know this is not true - but the idea intrigued me).
I see there are a number of different software packages that provide this "service".

I did a limited run of this and my website stats (AWstats, and cPanel Visitors) and google analytics showed the traffic as coming from the google search.
I know that google uses CTR as a ranking factor and was therefore wondering if anyone knows if getting this traffic would lead google to assume the website's CTR is good?
As a result, would this affect the sites SERP ranking for that KEYWORD?
Has anyone experimented with this?

Many thanks.
PS: I didn't see any of this traffic reported in Search Console

Of course they will show organic search
To have the actual proof you need to check your webmaster tools, for me it’s not showing anything, but you can still try

Some of it works, but you also got to take into consideration how many average monthly searches there are for the KW. I haven't tested this just my opinion but if theres 1,500 searches and you are getting close to 100,000 searches for that KW, that would be a big red flag. My suggestion would to try to stay under the radar with this and be conservative.

Makes sense.
