I've been out of the youtube game for a long time and recently getting back in, But im not up to date on the new lingo. What does HR views mean? Sorry to sound like a tard :3 High retention?

HR views are high retention views, watch time. If your views are gonna be like for couple of seconds i don't think that youtube will count them. You can buy cheap hr views on some smm panel for like under the $1 per 1k. It's better to spend some money if you are planing anything.

30 second views from any panel is a waste of time and money...sure they worked well several years ago but today...its a no no

I started buying from SMM panels here, but then read many people complaining for that and some even got their channel banned. So I also don't think it's a good idea. I just started joining Discord channels that are only for YouTube Promoters / Creators etc. There you have many people with the same issue and you can share your videos and your channels for free. Some channels also have feedback for your videos, so maybe that can help you.

They dont ban for fake views, thats just bullshit ,they did something else to deserve that ban.
Youtube will remove any views that they think are fake, and btw im using word fake because we know we bought them ,but views are registered as legit on yt, especially if they are hr. Mix views with likes, dislikes and comments and you are good to go.
