It's easy to say that. He said he is a developer which means he don't know the marketing stuff that's why he is stuck now. In any business, marketing is important to bring clients and sales.

yes, I am not a marketing expert. That is why I am sitting on my PC and waiting for a new business.

Being a Jr.vip or Seller Label holder, you can sell your services here on BHW Marketplace.

You can start developing your own company with the skills you have, it will take time to build and grow, make apps and put advertising in them, make WordPress themes and sell them etc. $1100 is not much and would be hard to just take that and turn it into anything out of thin air. I recommend using it to feed your family and look for work until you can rebuild from the ground up. If you do this make sure to be the head of your castle and not put other people in a position to take anything from you. Greed over comes some of the best people even the ones closes to us sometimes.

We have even seen it happen here on BHW, some of the most reputable members have
been over come by greed and are no longer here due to this, its a real shame but no one is
exempt from its power.

Your problem is that you are waiting for the business to start. Don't wait but go and chase it. If you are doing nothing and not spending like 10hours per day to make something happen you are wasting your time. You can go on upwork, freelancer, fiver and such websites register and bid until you ran out of bids. If you are not an marketing expert and you would like to be one simply start with this forum at first as it has many interesting information you may find helpful.

Are you good with wordpress design and plugins? If so go and create your own plugins and designs google templatemonster, themeforest and sell your code there. Just start working on something

I am trying to do it .
 
Buy some accounts, set up proxy + vpn + bot and start doing IG + CPA for some fast cash.
Reinvest part of your profits to scale the business and the rest in a mid-long term project - which in this case could be a social growth service -.
Start growing your new IG business page and contact local business to promote your services and generate a monthly income that allows you to live. Scale scale scale.

Btw you should try to get a real-life job if you're really in need of money. Even a part-time job would be great.
