Social Gurus on Youtube?

Hi guys, who is really worth to follow on Youtube about news and tips on the social world?
Any advice? I searched but they all say the same, follow/unfollow, like, don't overuse hashtags and blablabla, all things that even a noob knows. Also a guide to purchase will be appreciated, i would like to go as deep as possible
