I just saw on some e-commerce site that some guy selling bing coupons $100 for $10. Is that legit? How he can get that much coupons? I can't even find one for free.

you need to read and research alot on the topic, you shall be able to find the coupons sources sooner or later. Its not that hard if you're dedicated to it, but yes it takes time. And those who buy them do it since they don't want to spend time finding sources or generating coupons.
