Creating accounts shouldn't give problem to your old accounts, running 5 accounts simultaneousely on your ip would. Also depends on how old and reputed your old accounts are.

I'm running 5 spam account on the same IP for over 8 months, never had a problem. Op didn't mention spam accounts tho

I play it safe and run 1 IP per profile...never been suspended or banned.
