Where to find influencers or so...

Hi!
I'm going to collaborate with USA Youtube and Instagram influencers to promote my service.
I'tried to write to TOP bloggers about collaboration, but they do not answer to me. Don't know why
Also tried to buy some instashots from one popular insta shots web service - not good experience.
Much of them have bots and I didn't receive any results from invested money.

Could you help me with advices, what I'm doing wrong?

There are at least 2 services in the Marketplace that offer access to influencers if that is of any help to you.

I work directly with almost all social influencers on Facebook and some of them do youtube and Insta also. Please explain what specifically is your business and some examples of your work. With a vague message like what you put here, I wouldn't have responded back either. You need to remember all the true influencers are getting these messages 24/7 and 80% are people trying to scam. The other 20% needs to do something to stand out, other words you are just going in to blind luck
