I built a brand new site back in February - added a ton of content and it was all indexed pretty quickly.

May I ask some questions plz:

1) your site language
2) how many posts total first 2 months
3) built on expired domain or fresh domain
4) niche (if possible, for example, health or travel)

Glad to find someone from Netherland, (if the location is right), I wanna build a site in Dutch language, but after searching around some while, it seems build a Dutch language site is stupid, because most Dutch people speak English lol, could you share any thoughts mate?

There are quite a few people from NL here on the forum I believe. And for your question; there is a lot less competition in NL (of course it has less search volume) so I would certainly not overlook the possibility in ranking a Dutch site. In fact I'm working on a new authority site and signs are looking good that it'll work out.

So buying an expired domain and changing it around would almost be close to just creating a whole new domain ? Since they both have to take time.

Buying an expired (or even better an auctioned domain) will give you some benefits because it usually has (some) good backlinks already and this is specifically great when you create a site in the same niche as the old content.

Thanks so much my friend. Your comment help me a lot. Yea I can see there are some potential there. I just got this idea on my head, but since everything is searched a lot less there, I think the adsense earning maybe very very low. (if even exist, because too less advertiser or whatever)

I am wondering what niche would be a good start, and I see many people search "porn" on it lol, would be hard to build an adsense based site...

Despite what others think, I actually believe there is a "holding" period for new sites. I built a brand new site back in February - added a ton of content and it was all indexed pretty quickly. Did no link-building or offsite seo at all and in the first two months, I had no organic keywords ranked. But in the third month, I got like 250+ organic keywords all at once (and improving), no link-building and no changes to the content. All the same. Ranking is still improving every day somehow just from the content, but in the beginning it was completely stagnant.

Content/site age seems to play a role IMO. How big or how small, I don't know. But I've seen many cases of sites gradually improving in serps as they age, with no links at all.

Makes sense, I am trying a gaming niche so I guess a expired site with "Gaming" Would work well enough. Anyway to know if the site has bad backlinks thou?
